Omit Annex 1 to the principal Regulation (Chapter XI-2 of the Annex to the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974; Special Measures to Enhance Maritime Security).

Omit Annex 2 to the principal Regulation (preamble and mandatory requirements forming Part A of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, including Appendices).

(3)

Omit Annex 3 to the principal Regulation (guidelines forming Part B of the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code, including Appendices).
