In Article 1 of the principal Regulation (objectives)—
(a)
in paragraph 1, for “introduce and implement Community measures aimed at enhancing” substitute “enhance”, and
(b)
in paragraph 2—
(i)
omit “harmonised”, and
(ii)
omit “and Community monitoring”.
