# The Short Selling (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 3: Introduction to amendments of Regulation (EU) No 236/2012


Regulation (EU) No 236/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14th March 2012 on short selling and certain aspects of credit default swaps (“the Short Selling Regulation”) is amended in accordance with this Part.
