# The Short Selling Regulations 2024, Regulation 12: Restatement of the Short Selling Regulation Equivalence Directions 2020


Each EEA state is to be treated as designated under regulation 11 for the purpose of the application of an exemption provided for by virtue of regulation 9(1)(a).
