# The Short Selling Regulations 2024, Regulation 28: Saving provision in relation to Article 9(4) of Regulation (EU) No236/2012


The revocation of Article 9 of the short selling regulation on the main commencement day does not affect the obligation in Article 9(4) of that regulation that information disclosed prior to the main commencement day under Article 6 of that regulation must be posted and maintained on a central website operated or supervised by the FCA.
