The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(2)(c), 18(2)(c), 28(3)(d) and 43(2)(a)(i) of the Defence Reform Act 2014f1, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 42(4)(b) of the Defence Reform Act 2014, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
