  "text": "In regulation 20—\n(a) in paragraph (4), omit “(in the Official Journal or elsewhere)”;\n(b) in paragraph (5)(b)—\n(i) after “State” insert “last”;\n(ii) after “published” insert “a transparency notice or”;\n(c) for paragraph (11) substitute—\n“(11) In this regulation—\n(a) “transparency notice” means a notice published pursuant to section 44 of the Procurement Act 2023;\n(b) “voluntary transparency notice” has the meaning given by regulation 60(4) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011.”.",
