# The Single Source Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 41: Amendment of regulation 53 (time limits for applications and opinions)


In regulation 53(2)—
(a) omit “(a)”;
(b) after “opinion)” insert “which relates to a qualifying defence contract”;
(c) omit “to which the reference relates”.
