# The Single Source Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 7: Amendment of regulation 5 (calculating the value of a contract)


(1) In regulation 5, in each of the following places, insert “or component”—
(a) in the opening words of paragraph (1), after “contract”;
(b) in paragraph (2), after “contract” in both places it occurs;
(c) in paragraph (3)—
(i) in the opening words, after “contract”;
(ii) in sub-paragraph (c), after “contract”.
