# The Single Use Carrier Bags Charges (England) (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 4: Amendment of article 2


In article 2, for the definition of “seller”, substitute—
““seller”—
(a) for the purposes of Schedule 3, has the meaning given in Schedule 1;
(b) otherwise, means a person who sells goods;”.
