In Schedule 3 to the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008^f1 (enactments specified for purposes of section 4(1): definition of “relevant function”), at the appropriate place insert—

• “Single Use Carrier Bags Charges (England) Order 2015 (S.I. 2015/)”.
