  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 2(9) and 7(11) of the Enterprise Act 2016, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nEnterprise\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1(2)\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2), (5)(a), (5)(b), (7)(b) and section 7(1) to (3), (5), (7), (8)(a) and (8)(c) of the Enterprise Act 2016.\nIn accordance with section 7(9) of that Act, before making these Regulations, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.\nIn accordance with sections 2(9) and 7(11) of that Act, a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
