Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Small Business Commissioner (Scope and Scheme) Regulations 2017.

These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
(3)
In these Regulations “the 2016 Act” means the Enterprise Act 2016.
