Article 7 Amendment of the Community Radio Order 2004

In paragraph 10A of the Schedule to the Community Radio Order 2004 (which modifies the 2003 Act as it has effect in relation to a community radio service by adding section 253A^f1), in subsection (1) of that added section, for “two extensions” substitute “three extensions”.
