  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 79(4) of the Health Act 2006, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nPublic Health\nMade\nComing into force 1st October 2015\nThe Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5, 6(2)(b), 9(1A) and 10(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 5 of Schedule 1 to, the Health Act 2006, makes the following Regulations, a draft of which was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 79(4) of that Act and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament:",
