# The Smoke-free (Private Vehicles) Regulations 2015, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Smoke-free (Private Vehicles) Regulations 2015 and shall come into force on 1st October 2015.
(2) This regulation and regulations 2, 3, 4 and 6 apply in relation to England only.
(3) Regulation 5 applies in relation to England and Wales.
