# The Smoking (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Article 15: Regulations


(1) Regulations under this Order may include such incidental, supplementary, consequential, transitory, transitional or saving provisions as the Department considers appropriate.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), regulations under this Order shall be subject to negative resolution.
(3) Regulations under—
(a) Article 4, 5, 6 or 14,
(b) paragraph 5 or 8 of Schedule 1,
shall not be made unless a draft of the regulations has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Assembly.
