# The Social Security Amendment (New Deal) Regulations 1998, Regulation 2: Interpretation of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations


In regulation 1(3) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations, in the definition of “jobseeking period” there shall be added after the words “regulation 47” the words “except where otherwise provided”.
