Article 13 Sums specified for child benefit

In regulation 2(1) of the Child Benefit and Social Security (Fixing and Adjustment of Rates) Regulations 1976^f1 (weekly rates of child benefit)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (a)(i), for the sum of £15.00 there shall be substituted the sum of £15.50;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (a)(ii), the sum of £17.55 remains unchanged; and

(c)

in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £10.00 there shall be substituted the sum of £10.35.
