# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating (No. 2) Order 2000, Article 14: Increase in rates of age addition to long-term incapacity benefit


In the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) Regulations 1994, in regulation 10(2)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for the sum of £14.20 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.65; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for the sum of £7.10 there shall be substituted the sum of £7.35.
