In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991 (rate of benefit)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(a), for the sum of £53.55 there shall be substituted the sum of £55.30;\n(b) in paragraph (1)(b), for the sum of £35.80 there shall be substituted the sum of £37.00;\n(c) in paragraph (1)(c), for the sum of £14.20 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.65;\n(d) in paragraph (2)(a), for the sum of £37.40 there shall be substituted the sum of £38.65; and\n(e) in paragraph (2)(b), for the sum of £14.20 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.65.",
