  "text": "In regulation 4 of the Social Security (Disability Living Allowance) Regulations 1991 (rate of benefit)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(a), for the sum of £51.30 there shall be substituted the sum of £52.95;\n(b) in paragraph (1)(b), for the sum of £34.30 there shall be substituted the sum of £35.40;\n(c) in paragraph (1)(c), for the sum of £13.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.05;\n(d) in paragraph (2)(a), for the sum of £35.85 there shall be substituted the sum of £37.00; and\n(e) in paragraph (2)(b), for the sum of £13.60 there shall be substituted the sum of £14.05.",
