Article 26 Transitional Provisions

Notwithstanding the increases of the sums payable in respect of family credit and disability working allowance made by articles 16 and 17 of this Order, where a period of entitlement to family credit or disability working allowance is running at 13th April 1999, the rate at which it is payable shall be the weekly rate in force for the period prior to 13th April 1999 until the end of the period of entitlement.
