  "text": "SCHEDULE 1\nAPPLICABLE AMOUNTS\nPART IV\nAMOUNTS OF PREMIUMS SPECIFIED IN PART III\nArticle 22(7)\nPremium\nAmount\n19 —\n(1)\n(1)\n(2) Pensioner Premium for persons under 75—\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9(a);\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 9(b).\n(2) (a) £23.60\n(b) £35.95\n(3) Pensioner Premium for persons 75 or over—\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 10(a);\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 10(b).\n(3) (a) £25.90\n(b) £39.20\n(4) Higher Pensioner Premium—\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(1)(a) or (b);\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 11(2) (a) or (b).\n(4) (a) £30.85\n(b) £44.65\n(5) Disability Premium—\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 12(a);\n(b) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 12(b).\n(5) (a) £21.90\n(b) £31.25\n(6) Severe Disability Premium—\n(a) where the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 14(2)(a);\n(b) where the claimant satisfiesthe condition in paragraph 14(2)(b)—\n(i) in a case where there is someone in receipt of an invalid care allowance or if he or any partner satisfies that condition only by virtue of paragraph 14(3A);\n(ii) in a case where there is no-one in receipt of such an allowance.\n(6) (a) £39.75\n(b) (i) £39.75\n(ii) £79.50\n(7) Disabled Child Premium.\n(7) £21.90 in respect of each child or young person in respect of whom the condition specified in paragraph 15 of Part III of this Schedule is satisfied.\n(8) Carer Premium.\n(8) £13.95 in respect of each person who satisfies the condition specified in paragraph 16.",
