# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2002, Article 21: Increase in age-related amounts of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance


In regulation 79(1) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (weekly amounts of contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£31.95”, substitute “£32.50 ”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (b) for “£42.00”, substitute “£42.70 ”; and
(c) in sub-paragraph (c) for “£53.05”, substitute “£53.95 ”.
