Article 11 Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay

In the Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (Weekly Rates) Regulations 2002^f1—

(a)

in regulation 2 (weekly rate of payment of statutory paternity pay)—

(i)

in paragraph (1) “£75.00” remains unchanged^f2, and

(ii)

in paragraph (2)(a) “£100.00” remains unchanged; an

(b)

in regulation 3(a) (weekly rate of payment of statutory adoption pay) “£100.00” remains unchanged.
