(a)

in paragraph (1)(a) for “£64.50” substitute “£67.00”;

(b)

in paragraph (1)(b) for “£43.15” substitute “£44.85”;

(c)

in paragraph (1)(c) for “£17.10” substitute “£17.75”;

(d)

in paragraph (2)(a) for “£45.00” substitute “£46.75”; and

(e)
