  "heading": "APPLICABLE AMOUNTS SPECIFIED IN THE EMPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT ALLOWANCE REGULATIONS",
  "text": "Provision in Employment and Support Allowance Regulations\nSpecified Sum\nRegulation 163(a)(i)\n90 per cent. of the applicable amount or, as the case may be, of the reduced applicable amount.\nRegulation 163(b)(i)\n90 per cent. of the applicable amount in respect of the claimant and partner.\nRegulation 163(c)(i)\n90 per cent. of the applicable amount or, as the case may be, of the reduced applicable amount.\nSchedule 6, paragraph 7(3)\nThe relevant fraction shall be obtained in accordance with the formula—\nA A + B\nSchedule 6, paragraph 8(1)(c)\nNil.\nSchedule 6, paragraph 11\nThe weekly amount of housing costs is the amount calculated by applying the formula—\nA x B 52\nSchedule 6, paragraph 12(4)\n£100,000.\nSchedule 6, paragraph 12(6)(a)\nThe appropriate amount shall be a sum determined by applying the formula—\nP x Q\nSchedule 6, paragraph 12(10)\nThe qualifying portion of a loan shall be determined by applying the formula—\nR x S T\nSchedule 6, paragraph 13(2)\nThe standard rate is to be 6.08%.",
