# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2010, Article 8: Earnings Limits


In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a) for “£195.00”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£200.00”; and
(b) “£26.00” remains unchanged.
