  "text": "(1)\nProvision in State Pension Credit Regulations\n(2)\nSpecified Amount\nRegulation 6(3)(a)\nNil.\nRegulation 6(3)(b)\nNil.\nRegulation 7(3)\nNil.\nSchedule II, paragraph 6(3)\nThe relevant fraction shall be obtained in accordance with the formula—\nA A + B\nSchedule II, paragraph 7(1)\nThe weekly amount of housing costs shall be calculated by applying the formula—\nA x B 52\nSchedule II, paragraph 8(2)\n£100,000.\nSchedule II, paragraph 8(4)(a)\nThe sum shall be determined by applying the formula—\nP x Q\nSchedule II, paragraph 8(8)\nThe qualifying portion of a loan shall be determined by applying the formula—\nR x S T\nSchedule II, paragraph 9(2)\nThe standard rate is to be the average mortgage rate published by the Bank of England in August 2010.
