# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2013, Article 7: Earnings Limits


In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a) for “£215.00”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£220.00”; and
(b) for “£28.00” substitute “£29.00”.
