# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2014, Article 10: Increase in rates of Personal Independence Payment


In regulation 24 of the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013 (rate of personal independence payment)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£53.00” substitute “£54.45”;
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£79.15” substitute “£81.30”;
(c) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£21.00” substitute “£21.55”; and
(d) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£55.25” substitute “£56.75”.
