  "heading": "APPLICABLE AMOUNTS SPECIFIED IN THE JOBSEEKER’S ALLOWANCE REGULATIONS",
  "text": "(1)\nProvision in Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations\n(2)\nSpecified Sum\nRegulation 145(1)\nWeekly applicable amount to be reduced by a sum equivalent to 40 per cent. or, as the case may be, 20 per cent. of the specified amount.\nRegulation 146G(1)\nWeekly applicable amount to be reduced by a sum equivalent to 40 per cent. or, as the case may be, 20 per cent. of the specified amount.\nSchedule 2, paragraph 5(3)\nThe relevant fraction shall be obtained in accordance with the formula—\nA A + B\nSchedule 2, paragraph 6(1)(b)\nHalf the amount which would fall to be met by applying the provisions of sub-paragraph (a).\nSchedule 2, paragraph 6(1)(c)\nNil.\nSchedule 2, paragraph 7(1)(b)\nNil.\nSchedule 2, paragraph 9\nThe weekly amount of housing costs is the amount calculated by applying the formula—\nA x B 52\nSchedule 2, paragraph 10(4)\n£100,000.\nSchedule 2, paragraph 10(6)(a)\nThe appropriate amount shall be a sum determined by applying the formula—\nP x Q\nSchedule 2, paragraph 10(10)\nThe qualifying portion of a loan shall be determined by applying the formula—\nR x S T\nSchedule 2, paragraph 11(2)\nThe standard rate is to be the average mortgage rate published by the Bank of England in August 2010.
