# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2017, Article 8: Earnings Limits


In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a) “£230.00” remains unchanged; and
(b) “£30.00” remains unchanged.
