# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2018, Article 26: State Pension Credit


(1) The amounts as specified in the State Pension Credit Regulations shall be the amounts set out in this article and any reference in this article to a numbered Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to the State Pension Credit Regulations bearing that number.
(2) In regulation 6 (amount of the guarantee credit)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£243.25” substitute “£248.80”;
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£159.35” substitute “£163.00”;
(c) in paragraph (5)(a) for “£62.45” substitute “£64.30”;
(d) in paragraph (5)(b) for “£124.90” substitute “£128.60”; and
(e) in paragraph (8) for “£34.95” substitute “£36.00”.
(3) In regulation 7(2) (savings credit) for “£137.35” and “£218.42” substitute “£140.67” and “£223.82” respectively.
(4) In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule II (general provisions applying to housing costs) “£100,000” remains unchanged.
