# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2018, Article 8: Earnings Limits


In section 80(4) of the Contributions and Benefits Act (earnings limits in respect of child dependency increases)—
(a) for “£230.00”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£235.00”; and
(b) for “£30.00” substitute “£31.00”.
