  "heading": "Applicable amounts for the ESA Regulations 2008",
  "text": "(1) The sums that are relevant to the calculation of an applicable amount as specified in the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be the sums set out in this article and Schedule 8 to this Order; and unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a numbered Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to the ESA Regulations 2008 bearing that number.\n(2) The sums specified in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (weekly amount of premiums specified in Part 2) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 8 to this Order.\n(3) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 8 to this Order.\n(4) In Part 4 of Schedule 4 (the component) in paragraph 13 for “£37.65” substitute “£38.55”.\n(5) In paragraph 12 of Schedule 6 (general provisions applying to housing costs) as it has effect in a case falling within regulation 19, 19A or 20 of the Loans for Mortgage Interest Regulations 2017—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (4) “£100,000” remains unchanged;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (12)(b) “£150,000” remains unchanged; and\n(c) in sub-paragraph (12)(c) “£125,000” remains unchanged.\n(6) In paragraph 19 of Schedule 6 (housing costs: non-dependant deductions)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£98.30” substitute “£100.65”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£15.25” substitute “£15.60”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£139.00” substitute “£143.00”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (2)(b)—\n(i) for “£35.00” substitute “£35.85”;\n(ii) for “£139.00” substitute “£143.00”; and\n(iii) for “£204.00” substitute “£209.00”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)—\n(i) for “£48.05” substitute “£49.20”;\n(ii) for “£204.00” substitute “£209.00”; and\n(iii) for “£265.00” substitute “£272.00”;\n(f) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—\n(i) for “£78.65” substitute “£80.55”;\n(ii) for “£265.00” substitute “£272.00”; and\n(iii) for “£354.00” substitute “£363.00”; and\n(g) in sub-paragraph (2)(e)—\n(i) for “£89.55” substitute “£91.70”;\n(ii) for “£354.00” substitute “£363.00”; and\n(iii) for “£439.00” substitute “£451.00”.",
