# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2020, Article 16: Increase in rates of Personal Independence Payment


In regulation 24 of the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013 (rate of personal independence payment)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£58.70” substitute “£59.70”;
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£87.65” substitute “£89.15”;
(c) in paragraph (2)(a) for “£23.20” substitute “£23.60”; and
(d) in paragraph (2)(b) for “£61.20” substitute “£62.25”.
