# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2021, Article 19: Rates of bereavement benefits


In the Rate of Bereavement Benefits Regulations 2010—
(a) in regulation 2 (rate of widowed mother’s allowance and widow’s pension) for “£121.95” substitute “£122.55”; and
(b) in regulation 3 (rate of widowed parent’s allowance) for “£121.95” substitute “£122.55”.
