# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2021, Article 26: Increase in age-related amounts of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance


In regulation 79(1) of the JSA Regulations 1996 (weekly amounts of contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£58.90” substitute “£59.20”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (c) for “£74.35” substitute “£74.70”.
