  "text": "Premium\nAmount\n20M.—(1) Pensioner premium where one member of a joint-claim couple has attained the qualifying age for state pension credit and the condition in paragraph 20E is satisfied.\n(1) £152.90.\n(2) Higher Pensioner Premium where one member of a joint-claim couple satisfies the condition in paragraph 20F.\n(2) £152.90.\n(3) Disability Premium where one member of a joint-claim couple satisfies the condition in paragraph 20G(1).\n(3) £50.05.\n(4) Severe Disability Premium where one member of a joint-claim couple satisfies the condition in paragraph 20I(1)—\n(4)\n(i)\nif there is someone in receipt of a carer’s allowance or if either member satisfies that condition only by virtue of paragraph 20I(4);\n(i)\n£67.30;\n(ii)\nif no-one is in receipt of such an allowance.\n(ii)\n£134.60.\n(5) Carer Premium.\n(5) £37.70 in respect of each person who satisfied the condition specified in paragraph 20J.\n(6) Enhanced disability premium where the conditions in paragraph 20IA are satisfied.\n(6) £24.60 where the conditions specified in paragraph 20IA are satisfied in respect of a member of a joint-claim couple.",
