  "text": "Premium\nAmount\n11.—(1) Pensioner premium for a person to whom paragraph 5 applies who—\n(1)\n(a)\nis a single claimant and—\n(a)\n(ii)\nis entitled to the support component; or\n(ii)\n£63.00;\n(iii)\nis not entitled to the support component;\n(iii)\n£102.40;\n(b)\nis a member of a couple and—\n(b)\n(ii)\nis entitled to the support component; or\n(ii)\n£113.50;\n(iii)\nis not entitled to the support component;\n(iii)\n£152.90;\n(2) Severe disability premium—\n(2)\n(a)\nwhere the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 6(2)(a);\n(a)\n£67.30;\n(b)\nwhere the claimant satisfies the condition in paragraph 6(2)(b)—\n(b)\n(i)\nif there is someone in receipt of a carer’s allowance or if the person or any partner satisfies that condition only by virtue of paragraph 6(5);\n(i)\n£67.30;\n(ii)\nif no-one is in receipt of such an allowance.\n(ii)\n£134.60.\n(3) Carer Premium.\n(3) £37.70 in respect of each person who satisfies the condition specified in paragraph 8(1).\n(4) Enhanced disability premium where the conditions in paragraph 7 are satisfied.\n(4)\n(a)\n£17.20 in respect of each person who is neither—\n(i)\na child or young person; nor\n(ii)\na member of a couple or a polygamous marriage, in respect of whom the conditions specified in paragraph 7 are satisfied;\n(b)\n£24.60 where the claimant is a member of a couple or a polygamous marriage and the conditions specified in paragraph 7 are satisfied in respect of a member of that couple or polygamous marriage.\n2\nPremium\nAmount\n11.—(1) Pensioner premium for a person to whom paragraph 5 applies who—\n(1)\n(a)\nis a single claimant and—\n(a)\n(i)\nis entitled to the work-related activity component;\n(i)\n£72.70;\n(ii)\nis entitled to the support component; or\n(ii)\n£63.00;\n(iii)\nis not entitled to either of those components;\n(iii)\n£102.40;\n(b)\nis a member of a couple and—\n(b)\n(i)\nis entitled to the work-related activity component;\n(i)\n£123.20;\n(ii)\nis entitled to the support component; or\n(ii)\n£113.50;\n(iii)\nis not entitled to either of those components.\n(iii)\n£152.90.",
