  "text": "The amount specified in column (2) below in respect of each person or couple specified in column (1) shall be the amount specified for the purposes of regulation 22—\nColumn (1)\nPerson, couple or polygamous marriage\nColumn (2)\nAmount\n(1) Single claimant or lone parent—\n(1)\n(b)\nwho has attained pensionable age.\n(b)\n£191.15.\n(2) Couple—\n(2)\n(b)\none member or both members who have attained pensionable age.\n(b)\n£286.05.\n(4) If the claimant is a member of a polygamous marriage and one or more members of the marriage have attained pensionable age—\n(4)\n(a)\nfor the claimant and the other party to the marriage;\n(a)\n£286.05;\n(b)\nfor each additional spouse who is a member of the same household as the claimant.\n(b)\n£94.90.",
