# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2023, Article 26: Increase in age-related amounts of contribution-based Jobseeker’s Allowance


In regulation 79(1) of the JSA Regulations 1996 (weekly amounts of contribution-based jobseeker’s allowance)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a) for “£61.05” substitute “£67.20”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (c) for “£77.00” substitute “£84.80”.
