  "heading": "Applicable amounts for Jobseeker’s Allowance",
  "text": "(1) Unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a numbered regulation or Schedule is a reference to the regulation of, or the Schedule to, the JSA Regulations 1996 bearing that number.\n(2) In—\n(a) regulations 83(b), 84(1)(c) and 85(1); and\n(b) paragraphs 15A(2)(a) and 16(2)(a) of Part III of Schedule 1,\nthe sum specified is in each case £3,000 (which remains unchanged).\n(3) In Part 1 of Schedule 1 (applicable amounts: personal allowances)—\n(a) the sums specified in paragraph 1 shall be as set out in Schedule 8 to this Order; and\n(b) in paragraph 2(1) in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of column (2) of the table for “£70.80” substitute “£77.78”.\n(4) In paragraph 4 of Part II of Schedule 1 (applicable amounts: family premium)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£17.85” substitute “£18.53”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£17.85” substitute “£18.53”.\n(5) The sums specified in Part IV of Schedule 1 (applicable amounts: weekly amounts of premiums) shall be as set out in Schedule 9 to this Order.\n(6) The sums specified in Part IVB of Schedule 1 (applicable amounts: weekly amounts of premiums for joint-claim couples) shall be as set out in Schedule 10 to this Order.\n(7) In paragraph 17 of Schedule 2 (housing costs: non-dependant deductions)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£106.05” substitute “£116.75”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£16.45” substitute “£18.10”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£154.00” substitute “£162.00”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (2)(b)—\n(i) for “£37.80” substitute “£41.60”;\n(ii) for “£154.00” substitute “£162.00”; and\n(iii) for “£224.00” substitute “£236.00”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)—\n(i) for “£51.85” substitute “£57.10”;\n(ii) for “£224.00” substitute “£236.00”; and\n(iii) for “£292.00” substitute “£308.00”;\n(f) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—\n(i) for “£84.85” substitute “£93.40”;\n(ii) for “£292.00” substitute “£308.00”; and\n(iii) for “£389.00” substitute “£410.00”; and\n(g) in sub-paragraph (2)(e)—\n(i) for “£96.60” substitute “£106.35”;\n(ii) for “£389.00” substitute “£410.00”; and\n(iii) for “£484.00” substitute “£511.00”.",
