# The Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2023, Article 29: Amounts for the JSA Regulations 2013


In regulation 49 of the JSA Regulations 2013 (weekly amounts of jobseeker’s allowance)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) for “£61.05” substitute “£67.20”; and
(b) in paragraph (1)(b) for “£77.00” substitute “£84.80”.
