  "heading": "Applicable amounts for the ESA Regulations 2008",
  "text": "(1) Unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to the ESA Regulations 2008 bearing that number.\n(2) The sums specified in Part 1 of Schedule 4 (prescribed amounts) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 11 to this Order except in cases referred to in paragraph (3).\n(3) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 to this Order.\n(4) The sums specified in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (weekly amount of premiums specified in Part 2) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12 to this Order.\n(5) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 12 to this Order.\n(6) In Part 4 of Schedule 4 (the component)—\n(a) in cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, in paragraph 12 for “£30.60” substitute “£33.70”; and\n(b) in paragraph 13 for “£40.60” substitute “£44.70”.\n(7) In paragraph 19 of Schedule 6 (housing costs: non-dependant deductions)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£106.05” substitute “£116.75”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£16.45” substitute “£18.10”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£154.00” substitute “£162.00”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (2)(b)—\n(i) for “£37.80” substitute “£41.60”;\n(ii) for “£154.00” substitute “£162.00”; and\n(iii) for “£224.00” substitute “£236.00”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)—\n(i) for “£51.85” substitute “£57.10”;\n(ii) for “£224.00” substitute “£236.00”; and\n(iii) for “£292.00” substitute “£308.00”;\n(f) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—\n(i) for “£84.85” substitute “£93.40”;\n(ii) for “£292.00” substitute “£308.00”; and\n(iii) for “£389.00” substitute “£410.00”; and\n(g) in sub-paragraph (2)(e)—\n(i) for “£96.60” substitute “£106.35”;\n(ii) for “£389.00” substitute “£410.00”; and\n(iii) for “£484.00” substitute “£511.00”.",
