Article 33 Universal Credit

(1)

In the table in regulation 22 of the Universal Credit Regulations^f1 (deduction of income and work allowance)—

(a)

for “£573”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “£631”; and

(b)

for “£344”, in each place where it occurs, substitute “£379”.

(2)

The amounts specified in the table in regulation 36 of the Universal Credit Regulations^f2 (table showing amounts of elements) shall be as set out in Schedule 13 to this Order.

(3)

In paragraph 14(1) of Schedule 4 to the Universal Credit Regulations^f3 (amount of housing cost contributions) for “£77.87” substitute “£85.73”.
