  "text": "(1) Unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a numbered regulation or Schedule is a reference to the regulation of, or the Schedule to, the Income Support Regulations bearing that number.\n(2) In—\n(a) regulations 17(1)(b), 18(1)(c) and 21(1); and\n(b) paragraphs 13A(2)(a) and 14(2)(a) of Part III of Schedule 2,\nthe sum specified is in each case £3,000 (which remains unchanged).\n(3) In Part I of Schedule 2 (applicable amounts: personal allowances)—\n(a) the sums specified in paragraph 1 shall be as set out in Schedule 2 to this Order; and\n(b) in paragraph 2(1), in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of column (2) of the table for “£77.78” substitute “£83.24”.\n(4) In paragraph 3 of Part II of Schedule 2 (applicable amounts: family premium)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£18.53” substitute “£19.15”; and\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£18.53” substitute “£19.15”.\n(5) The sums specified in Part IV of Schedule 2 (applicable amounts: weekly amounts of premiums) shall be as set out in Schedule 3 to this Order.\n(6) In paragraph 18 of Schedule 3 (housing costs: non-dependant deductions)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£116.75” substitute “£124.55”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£18.10” substitute “£19.30”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£162.00” substitute “£176.00”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (2)(b)—\n(i) for “£41.60” substitute “£44.40”;\n(ii) for “£162.00” substitute “£176.00”; and\n(iii) for “£236.00” substitute “£256.00”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)—\n(i) for “£57.10” substitute “£60.95”;\n(ii) for “£236.00” substitute “£256.00”; and\n(iii) for “£308.00” substitute “£334.00”;\n(f) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—\n(i) for “£93.40” substitute “£99.65”;\n(ii) for “£308.00” substitute “£334.00”; and\n(iii) for “£410.00” substitute “£445.00”; and\n(g) in sub-paragraph (2)(e)—\n(i) for “£106.35” substitute “£113.50”;\n(ii) for “£410.00” substitute “£445.00”; and\n(iii) for “£511.00” substitute “£554.00”.",
