  "heading": "Applicable amounts for the ESA Regulations 2008",
  "text": "(1) Unless stated otherwise, any reference in this article to a Schedule is a reference to the Schedule to the ESA Regulations 2008 bearing that number.\n(2) The sums specified in Part 1 of Schedule 4 (prescribed amounts) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 11 to this Order except in cases referred to in paragraph (3).\n(3) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 11 to this Order.\n(4) The sums specified in Part 3 of Schedule 4 (weekly amount of premiums specified in Part 2) shall be as set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 12 to this Order.\n(5) In cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, the sums specified in paragraph 11(1) of Schedule 4 to the ESA Regulations 2008 shall be as set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 12 to this Order.\n(6) In Part 4 of Schedule 4 (the component)—\n(a) in cases falling within paragraphs 2 to 7 of Schedule 2 to the ESA and UC Regulations 2017, in paragraph 12 for “£33.70” substitute “£35.95”; and\n(b) in paragraph 13 for “£44.70” substitute “£47.70”.\n(7) In paragraph 19 of Schedule 6 (housing costs: non-dependant deductions)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1)(a) for “£116.75” substitute “£124.55”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (1)(b) for “£18.10” substitute “£19.30”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (2)(a) for “£162.00” substitute “£176.00”;\n(d) in sub-paragraph (2)(b)—\n(i) for “£41.60” substitute “£44.40”;\n(ii) for “£162.00” substitute “£176.00”; and\n(iii) for “£236.00” substitute “£256.00”;\n(e) in sub-paragraph (2)(c)—\n(i) for “£57.10” substitute “£60.95”;\n(ii) for “£236.00” substitute “£256.00”; and\n(iii) for “£308.00” substitute “£334.00”;\n(f) in sub-paragraph (2)(d)—\n(i) for “£93.40” substitute “£99.65”;\n(ii) for “£308.00” substitute “£334.00”; and\n(iii) for “£410.00” substitute “£445.00”; and\n(g) in sub-paragraph (2)(e)—\n(i) for “£106.35” substitute “£113.50”;\n(ii) for “£410.00” substitute “£445.00”; and\n(iii) for “£511.00” substitute “£554.00”.",
